How Wedding Booking Works

Request Availability
Submit your first and second choices for the ceremony date and time, along with the location, contact information, and package you are considering. This is an availability request—not a confirmed booking.
2. Review & Courtesy Hold
I will review availability, travel, and ceremony details. If I can accept your request, I will send the service agreement and payment instructions. A 72-hour courtesy hold begins when those are sent.
3. Confirm & Prepare
Your ceremony is confirmed after the signed service agreement and required retainer are received. Simple & Personal clients will then complete the Ceremony Choices Worksheet and follow the personalized-material deadlines.
