Where can mobile notary appointments take place?
Mobile notary appointments are available at approved public locations, hospitals and care facilities, and client workplaces or businesses. Our standard service area extends up to 15 miles from ZIP code 37206. Requests outside that area may be considered individually.
Do you offer wedding officiant services?
Yes. We offer a brief civil ceremony through our Make It Official package and a more personalized ceremony through our Simple & Personal package. Every couple is welcomed and treated with respect, care, and clear communication.
Do you offer services at private residences?
No. Private-residence appointments are not offered. Notary appointments take place at approved public or professional locations, and ceremonies are performed at approved locations or wedding venues.
How do I request an appointment or ceremony date?
Use the Request Service page to submit your preferred date, time, location, contact information, and service details. This is an availability request and does not create a confirmed booking.
Does submitting a request guarantee my date and time?
No. Every request is reviewed for availability, location, travel, and service details. If your request can be accepted, you will receive written confirmation and payment instructions. Wedding ceremonies also require a signed service agreement and retainer before they are confirmed.
