Mobile notary service is available at approved public locations, hospitals and care facilities, and client workplaces or businesses. Pricing includes notarial act fees plus travel based on distance from ZIP code 37206. Private-residence appointments are not offered.

Travel fees are $25 within 5 miles, $35 for 6–10 miles, and $45 for 11–15 miles from ZIP code 37206. Requests beyond 15 miles may be considered individually. Waiting time is $1 per minute after the first 15 minutes. Parking and tolls are added at actual cost. A $25 booking payment is required and applied toward the total. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before the appointment.

A warm, personalized ceremony of up to 20 minutes with selected wording, rings, personal vows, readings, or approved faith elements. Includes travel to an approved location within 15 miles of ZIP code 37206.
Booking details: A signed service agreement and 50% retainer are required to confirm a ceremony. When the agreement and payment instructions are sent, the requested date and time are held as a courtesy for 72 hours. Requests received less than 72 hours before the ceremony may be accepted with a $50 short-notice fee. Waiting time beyond the included grace period is $25 per 15 minutes. Additional travel, parking, and tolls are quoted separately. Final pricing is confirmed in writing.
